Our Story
More than three decades ago, an insurance crisis threatened the future of public housing. Housing organizations whose policies weren’t canceled outright faced premium increases so steep they couldn’t afford to pay them. Fortunately, the public housing industry has always been adept at handling adversity. True to form, several organizations joined forces, rolled up their sleeves, and created their own insurance company.
