Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Assistant Treasurer

As HAI Group's chief operating officer, executive vice president and assistant treasurer, Troy is responsible for the overall operations and strategic leadership of the company. He joined HAI Group in 2017 and has held a variety of senior-level positions at the company, including director of enterprise compliance, chief compliance officer, and most recently, chief financial officer. Before that, Troy was a senior manager at Deloitte LLP, where he worked with a variety of clients, with a particular focus on the financial services and insurance industries.

Troy is a certified Public Housing Manager (C-PHM), a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Connecticut, as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CTCPA). Troy maintains his Property and Casualty Insurance Producer and Surplus Lines Broker licenses. He holds both a master's and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
